Sky One is a British Sky Broadcasting United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland entertainment channel. The channel first launched in 1982, and is the fourth-oldest TV channel in the UK, behind BBC One (2 November 1936), ITV1 (22 September 1955) and BBC Two (20 April 1964)[1].
